FMC Demo – Conveyor, Rotary Table, and Pneumatic Pick & Place
This demo demonstrates a mini automation system using FMC to control a conveyor, rotary table, pick & place mechanism, and I/O signals.
The goal of FMC is to help users quickly create machine sequences using SelecStep, suitable for training models, small machines, automated jigs, and applications requiring sequential control.
The clip shows FMC coordinating motion, inputs, outputs, and pneumatic mechanisms in a practical automation problem. Users do not need to write complex programs like traditional PLCs or microcontrollers.

Flexible Motion Core Pick & Place Demo
This demo controls a multi-position picking mechanism using SelecStep.
Users can create motion sequences, control outputs, process sensors, and run small automation tasks without writing traditional code.
In this demo, FMC controls the sliding mechanism, the gripper, and product placement positions in a configured sequence. This is an example for applications such as picking, sorting, feeding, mini-automation machines, and automation training models

FMC Controller Close-up – I/O, Motion, and Automation Sequence Demo
A close-up view of the Flexible Motion Core controller during the running of a mini automation system.
The clip shows the FMC controlling the sequence of operations, input/output states, relays, drivers, and motion mechanisms in real time.
The FMC was developed to help users build or upgrade small automation systems using SelecStep – a more understandable way to configure control sequences compared to traditional programming.
Suitable for: automation training, mechatronics modelling, mini-machines, jig testing, pick & place, workpiece feeding, sorting, and systems requiring motion + I/O control.
