About ESMind Logic Motion
Modern automation is facing a growing speed gap between digital concepts and physical deployment. Ideas can be created, simulated, or modified quickly, but turning those ideas into real machine motion still requires hardware setup, control logic, testing, and low-level implementation.
ESMind Logic Motion was created to close this gap by introducing an embedded control core that helps turn mechanisms into standalone automation workcells — enabling users to move from ideas to real machine execution faster.
The name ESMind reflects two connected ideas:
Embedded Systems Mind -bringing embedded-system thinking into real machine control, motion, and task execution.
Easy Mind -making automation deployment clearer, simpler, and more dependable for users.
Through flexible Portable Control Packages, ESMind provides a workflow-to-hardware approach for automation deployment. Users can describe machine tasks, validate them in a simulator, and run them on real hardware without starting again from complex low-level programming.
At the centre of this approach is a physical execution layer that connects software-defined workflows with embedded control hardware. This allows compact automation workcells to execute motion, I/O, and task sequences more directly and predictably.
The ecosystem also supports expansion through add-on motion and I/O modules for existing systems such as PLCs, microcontrollers, and machine controllers — without requiring users to redesign the original control architecture.
Starting with fundamental motion through the Portable Motion Control Package, ESMind’s long-term vision is to build an expandable automation ecosystem across:
Motion • I/O • Analog • Robot
